    You will find friendly reliable service for your foreign cars here at Southwest Auto. They went out of the way to repair a part instead of replacing it and saved us over $200 on the initial estimate.They told us everything wrong with the car but prioritized the repairs instead of pushing us to fix everything. They are really looking out for the customer which is hard to find in this business

    On 4/6/12, I brought my car in for an oil change. I received excellent service. On 4/8/12, my check engine light came on. Every time I tell this to my friends, co- workers and family, they say something happen during the oil change that caused the check engine light to come on. Also , I requested a screw tighten and it was not.

    While the work was completed in about 3 hours, I found the labor cost excessive. $499.35 for labor with $129.68 parts. That comes out to be over $150 per hour for labor. Very good work, but labor is excessive.

    I needed a call back to get advice. I'm NOT a regular customer. They don't know me from Adam. But I got that call back around 6:30pm - he was staying late to take care of me. He didn't rush me, gave me the probable diagnosis. They were able to get me back on the road for a minimal repair with one day turnaround. Now I just need to find a good deal on a P1800ES. Thanks!     Touch up Paint

    I was told the touchup paint I ordeded would be in on a certain day. When I came back the paint had not come in so I had to return 2 days later to pick it up. Everything else was very good.

    Jerry is wonderful to work with. I called in the a.m. and they were able to get me in. Then it was fixed by 3pm. It was great, but it was still having the same problem. Jerry told me to bring it in and they could look at it while I waited. Well, it turned out to be a little more entailed, but they gave me a loaner and I was on my way.     As usual the team at Southwest Auto came through again. The service was quick and painless. I was a little disappointed that the estimate was off by a large margin. I was told that the synthetic oil would add a few doillars to teh bill. It added about $80. I was not preparied however the fine folks at SWA worked with me to be able to accomplish my service.

    Southwest Auto is the only place that I have come to trust in working on my vehicles. They have done a number of repairs on my 93 240 and 2004 S60. Their guality of work is excellent and they taken their time to actually get to know the customers problem to ensure customer satisfaction.

    We purchased a Volvo from SWA for our daughter and they have been wonderful to work with. They look for the best parts and are very cost conscious when locating hard to find parts.

    Had to get oil changed, but late in day, as it had to be after work, didn't want to leave it and have to use a loaner the next day. Very accomodating - they were able to take care of me in less than an hour. To boot, in our conversation, John and I got on the subject of foundation repair - he gave me the name of someone who'd done work for him and he was very pleased with the results. I have them coming to look at my foundation next week. Great service and referrals for home repairs to boot! ...

    The mechanical work was the usual high quality. When I asked for a courtesy wash the young lady said they'd have to send it out and I'd have to pay an extra $10. I said no thanks but she put it on the bill anyway. Since I've spent about $2,000 with SW Auto over the last few months and plan to spend hundreds more in the next few months, it would be smart customer relations to provide complimentary courtesy wash, as the dealers do. Furthermore, this young lady needs to be trained on the check out ...

    I was disappointed with the communication. By 4 pm I had received no call, called myself and had to leave 3 messages which were not returned within 15 mins. Decided to just drive there, hoping my car would be ready, which it was. Customer communication must be improved.
