I am satisfied with every aspect of service from Southwest Auto. Pricing is fair and I never doubted that the work was necessary or was accomplished to the highest standard. As I think about it, I have had 6 Volvo's cared for by Jon and crew for 20 years - that by itself is the remarkable demonstration of satisfaction. After making an appt., I was told the work would take approximately 2 hours. By the end of the day, I never received a call, so my car sat overnight. I finally left a message the next morning and was told that the car wouldn't be ready until 2pm. After all that, one of the items that needed fixing wasn't fixed. Seems like they were too busy to focus on my car. Not good.

My wife June asked me, "Are the people at SW Auto nice?" I said, They are the greatest. They treat me like family. I've known Jerry from Point West days and he is worth his weight in gold.
