After making an appt., I was told the work would take approximately 2 hours. By the end of the day, I never received a call, so my car sat overnight. I finally left a message the next morning and was told that the car wouldn't be ready until 2pm. After all that, one of the items that needed fixing wasn't fixed. Seems like they were too busy to focus on my car. Not good.

My wife June asked me, "Are the people at SW Auto nice?" I said, They are the greatest. They treat me like family. I've known Jerry from Point West days and he is worth his weight in gold. They take good care of the S90 and do just what needs to be done at a price we can afford. I can't thank them enough.

I learned of Southwest Auto from another Saab owner and Southwest Auto customer. This owner gave great reviews of the quality of work they provided, so it was only natural that i give them a try.
